General

Knkong-electric produces GGD low-voltage electrical control panels, which are used for fixed wiring low-voltage power distribution cabinets. It is divided into three types: GGD1, GGD2, GGD3, distinguished by different segment current capabilities.
 
Conditions of Use
1. The ambient temperature is not higher than +40℃ and not lower than -5℃.
2. When the product is installed and used, the altitude of the place of use should not exceed 2000M.
3. The relative humidity of the surrounding air is not more than 90% (+25℃).
4. The equipment should be installed in a place without severe vibration and impact, and in a place where the electrical components are not corroded.
5. The relative humidity of the surrounding air does not exceed 5% when the maximum temperature is 40 degrees, and a larger relative temperature is allowed at a lower temperature, which should be considered due to temperature changes may occasionally produce condensation effects.
 
 
Features
1. The door is connected to the frame with a hinge for easy installation. Easy to disassemble. There is a mountain-shaped rubber-plastic strip at the fold of the door. When the door is closed, the embedded strip between the door and the door frame has a certain compression stroke, which can prevent the door from directly colliding with the cabinet body and improve the protection level of the door.
2. The instrument door equipped with electrical components is connected to the frame with multiple strands of soft copper wire. The installation parts in the cabinet and the rack are connected by knurled screws, and the entire cabinet forms a complete grounding protection circuit.
3. The paint on the surface of the cabinet adopts polyester orange paint. Strong adhesion and good texture. The whole cabinet adopts matte tones to avoid the dazzling effect and create a more comfortable visual environment for the staff on duty.
4. The top cover of the cabinet can be removed as required to facilitate the assembly and adjustment of the main bus on site. The four corners of the top of the cabinet are equipped with lifting rings for easy lifting and transportation.
5. The protection level of the cabinet is IP30, and users can also choose between IP20~IP40 according to the requirements of the use environment.
