China Knkong-electric manufactory made GGD type AC low-voltage power distribution for power users of power plants, substations, factories, and mining enterprises, etc., in the power distribution system of AC 50Hz, max voltage 380V, and current 1000A to 3150A, as power, lighting, and electrical energy for power distribution equipment for the conversion, distribution, and control purposes.
Install and use
1. The product installation should be carried out according to the installation diagram. The foundation channel steel and bolts should be prepared by the user. When the main busbar is installed, the lap surface should be repaired and leveled, cleaned and coated with neutral petroleum jelly or other measures, and then fixed with bolts.
2. The following items shall be inspected and tested before the product is put into operation after installation.
A Check whether the surface paint of the cabinet body is peeling off, and whether the cabinet is dry and clean
B. Whether the operating mechanism of electrical components is flexible, and there should be no jamming or excessive operating force
C. Whether the on-off of main electrical appliances are reliable and accurate, and whether the on-off of auxiliary contacts is reliable and accurate
D. Whether the indication of the instrument and the change and polarity of the transformer is correct
E. Whether the bus connection is good, whether the insulation support, installation parts, and accessories are installed firmly and reliably
Whether the F auxiliary contact meets the requirements, whether the fuse core specification of the fuse is correct, whether the setting value of the relay meets the design requirements, and whether the action is accurate
Whether the contacts of the G circuit meet the requirements of the electrical schematic diagram
H whether the protection circuit system meets the requirements
I Use a 500V megohmmeter to measure the absolute resistance value not less than 1 megohm.
1. According to the purpose, it is divided into power receiving cabinet, busbar connection cabinet, feeder cabinet, motor control cabinet, reactive power compensation cabinet, lighting power distribution cabinet.
2. Cabinet structure:
(1) The cabinet frame is partially welded and assembled with 8MF cold-formed steel. The frame has mounting holes arranged according to the modules of E=20mm and E=100mm to improve the versatility of product assembly.
(2) The ZMJ type busbar clamp, which is thermoformed with high flame-retardant PPO material, has a modular structure with high mechanical strength and insulation.
(3) The 1000mm and 1200mm wide cabinets adopt symmetrical double-door structure on the front, and the 600mm and 800mm wide cabinets adopt a whole door structure. The back of the cabinet adopts a symmetrical double-door structure. The cabinet structure is not installed against the wall.
(4) The cabinet door is connected to the frame with a galvanized shaft hinge, which is convenient for installation and disassembly. There are rubber inserts at the folding edge of the door.
(5) The grounding knurled screw structure is used between the installation parts in the cabinet and the frame to form a complete grounding protection circuit.
(6) The top cover of the cabinet body can be removed when needed to facilitate the assembly and adjustment of the main bus.
