Product overview

VS1-series solid-sealed pole vacuum circuit breaker is suitable for 12kV, 24KV, three-phase alternating current frequency of 50, 60Hz indoor switchgear KYN28-12 (24) central and fixed switchgear operation together. The VS1 vacuum circuit breaker can be fixedly installed or combined with a trolley.

 

Special service condition

The special operating conditions are negotiated in advance by the manufacturer and the user (the manufacturer must consult the user in advance for each special operating condition) such as:
 
-Whether the site altitude exceeds 1000m (or need to order a prototype circuit breaker).
-Allows reducing the dielectric strength of the air.
-Corresponding insulation requirements.
-Situations where the ambient temperature rises.

Operation safety

VS1 vacuum circuit breaker has anti-misoperation lockout protection, realizes the "five guarantee" interlock function in the switch cabinet, avoids misoperation, and protects the personal safety of operators to the greatest extent.
Only when the VS1 vacuum circuit breaker and the grounding switch are in the off position at the same time, can the trolley roll from the "detection position" to the "service position".
The VS1 vacuum circuit breaker can only be closed in the "service/test" position.
When the VS1 vacuum circuit breaker is closed, the trolley cannot be moved in or out, only when the circuit breaker is in the off position.
The VS1 vacuum circuit breaker in the closed position cannot be shaken out from the "service position" to the "detection position".
The circuit breaker cannot be closed when pushed in.
When the circuit breaker is closed, if the closing signal is not released in time, the internal anti-trip control circuit will cut off the closing circuit to prevent multiple reclosing (optional).
Note: If the customer chooses electric closing and locking instead of manual closing and locking, the circuit breaker will not be closed when the secondary circuit cannot provide power or the power provided cannot meet the normal operation of the locking electromagnet (optional).
